Jira + Clone app + Automation
Based on the original template, I enhanced its structure and duplicated it with the Clone app to streamline the project template creation process. Also, I used the automation tool to improve the time assignment to the Due Date field, significantly reducing time and effort while enhancing efficiency and standardization.
Leveraging Jira’s full capabilities, I streamline the program and PMO management. This allows me to focus on tactical execution and strategic vision, ultimately delivering greater value to organizations.
